Madonna, 67, slips into a naughty bridal outfit… 42 years after she modeled a wedding gown for Like A Virgin

Madonna 67 Returns to Bridal Glam with Dolce & Gabbana Campaign

The Italian brand Dolce & Gabbana has unveiled a new campaign featuring Madonna in a bridal ensemble that blends vintage elegance with modern flair. The imagery, shared on Instagram, showcases the pop icon in a lace-trimmed outfit complete with delicate veils and ornate gloves, echoing her iconic 1984 “Like A Virgin” music video.

Madonna’s current look appears to be a deliberate homage to her past. In the 1984 video, she famously wore a provocative wedding dress, a moment that cemented her status as a cultural phenomenon. This time, the designer duo has reimagined that aesthetic with a corseted top, sweetheart neckline, and lace underwear, paired with fishnet stockings and white pumps.

Front Row Debut at Milan Fashion Week

Just days prior, Madonna made a high-profile appearance at Dolce & Gabbana’s Milan Fashion Week showcase. The event, which marked the Fall-Winter 2026-27 collection, saw her seated beside Vogue’s Anna Wintour as the show began. Her presence was accompanied by her partner, Akeem Morris, and the moment was captured by attendees who snapped photos of her hugging actor Alberto Guerra.

‘LA BAMBOLA … 🩷,’ the caption read, which literally translates to ‘The Doll’ in Italian. In the clip, the icon performed her hit ‘You’ll See’ to an intimate crowd, adding a nostalgic touch to the campaign.

Madonna has long been a symbol of Dolce & Gabbana’s creative vision, dating back to the 1990s. Her collaboration with the designers includes memorable moments like the studded bodice she wore at the 1991 preview of the film *Truth Or Dare*, as well as costumes for the Erotica tour (1992) and the Drowned World Tour (2001).

The latest collection blends transparent lace elements with bold pinstriped suits, mirroring Madonna’s early style. Models showcased the designs while seated in low front-row chairs, their mirrored double-breasted suits catching the light. Both Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana wore dark sunglasses, with Madonna wrapping her arms around her legs as she observed the runway.

Following the show, the designers approached the Queen of Pop for a heartfelt embrace before guiding her backstage. Madonna’s appearance, now 67, reaffirms her enduring influence in fashion and her ability to reinterpret classic looks with a contemporary edge.
